Approve budgets, investments, and resource allocations in collaboration with the Board. Serve as the Group's ambassador, enhancing brand reputation and market presence. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration. and continuous improvement. Drive recruitment, training, and development of senior management. Make strategic decisions on investments, partnerships, and operational improvements. Lead effectively through change and manage crises with resilience. Promote strong corporate culture and ensure alignment between mission, values. and operations. Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from an internationally recognised institution preferred; 15+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally as a General Manager. CEO, or Managing Director; Proven record of success in managing large-scale operations, driving business growth, and entering new markets: Strong business and financial acumen with expertise in strategic planning and execution
