20 yearsJob Description : BUSINESS HEAD DUBAI One of the Prestigious Dubai based business Conglomerate is searching for a High Caliber Business Head for their UAE 3PL/Last mile delivery business Position will be reporting to the CEO of the group KRA: Sales Growth & Business Development ? Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in courier, last-mile delivery, and supply chain (3PL) services. ? Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through tenders, partnerships, and strategic alliances. ? Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets. ? Client Management & Retention ? Strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and upselling opportunities. ? Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic customer accounts. ? Market Expansion & Positioning ? Drive Axiom’s market entry into new segments, channels, and industries in the logistics domain. ? Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust commercial strategy. Qualifications: 12-15+ years’ experience in sales, business development, and commercial leadership, preferably in logistics, courier, 3PL, ? Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. ? Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value contract
