Job Description : Mine Manager ( Hard Rock, Underground Mining ) Opportunity - Uganda!!! We’re seeking an experienced Mining Manager to lead underground copper/cobalt (base metal) mining operations in Western Uganda. 1. Strong expertise in steep stope mining as well as backfill operations is essential. 2. Oversee and manage all aspects of underground mining operations, prioritising safety, productivity, and compliance with all relevant regulatory standards. 3. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team comprising mining professionals, supervisors, and operators to foster high performance and continuous growth. Qualification & Experience Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering (or equivalent) + Valid Mine Manager Certificate. 10+ years’ experience in underground mining, Strong exposure to large-scale copper/cobalt or base metal projects.
