Job Description : Chief Operating Officer/ COO position (DRC, CATERPILLAR, MINING) Our client in The DRC is looking for a COO. The position would be suitable for someone with extensive technical and managerial experience at a Caterpillar dealership or similar. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the revenue, profit margin, and operating results of all entities (Parts, Services, CSA teams, PCR, CRC, and Laboratory). He is in charge of organizing these entities, managing the teams, setting their objectives, and supporting them in achieving their goals by providing the necessary resources and reducing costs. He oversees customer relationships within their scope and develop client projects to ensure the sustainability of the business in the short and medium term. All of this is done in accordance with the parts and services policy of Caterpillar.
