Job Description : PROJECT HEAD NIGERIA 20-25 years experience Project Head - Manufacturing Description: - Lead end-to-end project management of brownfield and greenfield projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and execution phases. - Oversee the establishment of new manufacturing plants from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, safety, quality, and supply chain) to optimize project timelines, resources, and budget. - Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and cost estimates for new plant setups, housing complexes, roads, water and electricity distribution, showrooms, warehouses, workshops and garages. - Develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage risk, and ensure project milestones are met. - Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases. - Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report progress to senior management. - Work closely with external vendors, architects, contractors, and suppliers to source raw materials equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery and project execution - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance
