About the Role: A strategic leader ready to drive excellence across operations, production, supply chain, and purchase We are looking for a dynamic General Manager – Plant Operations to lead end-to-end plant management at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in IMT Faridabad. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a crucial part in shaping operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. ?? Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Oversee daily operations across all plants/factories Lead and monitor production, supply chain, logistics, purchase, HR, and maintenance functions Set and achieve manufacturing targets & financial goals Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams Quality & Safety Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards Implement and monitor robust quality control and assurance processes Foster a “Safety-First” culture and ensure compliance with environmental & industry norms Maintenance & Reliability Manage plant infrastructure and equipment Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime Financial Management Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis Strategic & Project Leadership Lead plant improvement and expansion projects Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term operational strategies Stay ahead of industry trends and technological innovations People Development & HR Build strong leadership pipelines and employee development programs Conduct performance reviews and ensure fair, transparent evaluation ???? Who You Are: ? 15–18 years of experience in FMCG plant/factory operations ? Engineering graduate (MBA preferred) ? Strong in technical operations, administration, and people management ? Skilled in ERP and advanced Excel ? Excellent communicator and strategic thinker
