Industry: Oil & Gas | EPC Projects Head Office based I am looking for a Head of Mechanical to lead and manage all mechanical engineering and construction activities across our EPC oil & gas projects. Job Description: • Lead the mechanical engineering team in delivering high-quality, safe, and cost-effective project solutions. • Oversee design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems. • Ensure all works meet project specifications, client (ADNOC) standards, and company quality procedures. • Coordinate with Process, E&I, Civil, and Project teams for seamless project execution. • Review and approve mechanical drawings, data sheets, vendor documents, and technical submittals. • Provide technical guidance to resolve complex mechanical issues at site. • Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and bid evaluations. • Foster a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards. • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical and managerial capabilities. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Must. • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects. • Strong exposure to ADNOC projects preferred. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. ? ????
