Job Description : Head of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) ???? Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE ????? Industry: Oil & Gas | EPC Projects Head Office Based Job Description: • Lead the E&I engineering team and manage all project-related activities from design to execution. • Ensure technical integrity, compliance with ADNOC / client standards, and adherence to project specifications. • Provide engineering leadership and resolve complex E&I design and construction issues. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Civil, Process, Procurement, and Construction). • Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and vendor deliverables. • Support bid evaluations, cost estimation, and project scheduling. • Ensure HSE and quality standards are implemented across all E&I works. • Guide and mentor the team for continuous technical improvement and knowledge sharing. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects. • Strong exposure to ADNOC projects preferred. • Expertise in design, construction, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. ?
