Job Description : Plant Manager/Production Head – Flexible Packaging Division Location: Ajman, UAE Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager/Production Head to oversee the operations of our Flexible Packaging Division in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics. Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations. Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and other relevant quality and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational costs. Manage plant budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources. Supervise, train, and motivate plant personnel to achieve performance targets. Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and sales departments for smooth workflow and process improvements. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports for management review. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in flexible packaging / plastic film / extrusion / printing / lamination industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of flexible packaging processes (extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting, pouching, etc.). Proven experience in managing large-scale production teams and machinery. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
