We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Head of Sales, Marketing & New Product Development (NPD) to lead commercial growth for an FMCG company in Africa. This is a hands-on leadership role — not just strategy on paper. The right candidate will own the end-to-end functions of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and NPD across both brands. ???? Key Requirements: Experience: 15 years in FMCG / FMHG (Herbal, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Foods, OTC Health) Proven track record in GTM (Go-To-Market) & NPD cycles — must have launched and scaled brands/products successfully Strong commercial acumen with execution discipline + strategic vision Exposure across sales, marketing, distribution, and brand building Must be ambitious, growth-driven, and ready to take ownership of outcomes
