SALES MANAGER
20 yearsJob Description : SALES MANAGER DUBAI It’s a build-it-with-your-bare-hands kind of role. We’re a growing food manufacturing business with ambition, grit, and product lines that are winning shelf space. But we need someone to lead the retail front. You’ll be responsible for owning and scaling the B2C sales — from modern trade to direct-to-consumer strategy. You'll coach the team, sharpen our pricing, drive velocity on shelves, and bring feedback loops from stores to production. You’ll need to understand the food category — ideally frozen, dairy, or packaged — and have experience navigating UAE’s retail ecosystem. This is a seat with influence, not insulation. You’ll work closely with founders, supply chain, marketing, and operations. What You Bring ? 10+ years in retail sales, ideally in food/FMCG ? Hands-on experience managing teams and opening retail accounts ? Strong knowledge of how things actually move in the UAE retail landscape ? A hunger to grow something, not just manage it Let’s Be Real We’re not the highest payer out there.
