Job Description : Hiring for Director - Customer Care for a property developer in Dubai Salary - AED 75,000 All inclusive + Medical + Bonus -Must have experience in overseeing the post-sales customer journey across landmark projects, drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, & customer experience transformation within the Customer Care division. -Continuous improvement & delivery of exceptional customer service for Built to Sell (BTS) environment enabling customer loyalty & retention -Must lead end-to-end post-sales to handover customer care operations, drive SLA performance & case resolution improvements -Develop governance frameworks, policies, & procedures -Must have proven leadership experience within the real estate & master developers across UAE -Experience managing large teams to deliver seamless handover experiences & complex handover processes ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. -Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Certification/ Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) - preferred -Arabic language is a plus
