Job Description : Retail Area Manager AlFahim HQ Group is expanding rapidly across the GCC, and we are looking for a dynamic Retail Area Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail stores Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to deliver exceptional customer experience Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and brand guidelines Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Requirements: 10+ years of experience in retail operations or area management (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment ????
