Head of Finance

Job Description : Head of Finance – Dubai We’re seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to support our Group CFO in strengthening financial management and governance across multiple geographies — with a strong focus on Africa operations. Key Responsibilities: -Lead a 25-member finance team delivering timely, accurate, and consolidated board-level reporting. -Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fundraising, and liquidity management. -Develop cross-border financial structures to optimize tax, cash flow, and risk. -Drive governance, compliance, and KPI discipline across all entities. -Lead taxation and regulatory compliance (UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, AML/KYC, IFRS, Transfer Pricing). -Partner with leadership on strategic investments, ventures, and expansion planning. -Champion digital finance transformation, including ERP (MS D365/SAP/Oracle) and BI dashboards. -Mentor and develop the finance team to build a strong succession pipeline. Mandatory Requirements: -CA with 15–20 years of experience (8–10 in senior leadership). -Proven exposure in Africa and cross-border financial structuring. -Expertise in fundraising, banking relationships, and multi-jurisdictional taxation. -Strong board-level presentation and leadership presence.
