Job Description : Head of Operations (Beauty, Skincare & Healthcare Products) to join a leading retail group in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
