Devised effective monitoring system for the statutory compliance under various labour legislations/laws. Handling court cases related to Unfair Labour Practices Attending legal hearings with the support of Advocates. Legal & Statutory Compliances, Established the Uniform Compliance. Attending and closing the Legal cases with proper supports of Advocates Implementation of various labor laws as per amendment. Preparing Annual Statutory Return Calendar, to submit return within time and date. Preparing and submitting PF & ESIC Challan before 15th of every month Liasoning with the ESIC consultant for smoothly implementation of ESIC activities Liasoning with Government machinery regarding compliances Submitting Form 27 under Factories Act & Submitting Form D under Payment of Bonus Act Online submitting ER I under Employment Exchange C. R. Act Amending Registration Certificate under Contract Labour Act Renewal of Factory License As per Factories Act Contract Labour Management Responsible right from vendor selection to agreement and execution. Overseeing contract labour attendance activity through contract supervisor Ensuring timely compliances of Contractors under various legislations Ensuring documentation of contractors such as agreement, license and registration. Timely renewal of contract agreements and ensuing proper supply of contract labour. Ensuring timely supply of contract Labour in all seasons. Talent Acquisition and onboarding Overseeing the management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, after identification of manpower requirements. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with Functional Heads. Create a base ground for building a strong relationship between the management and the employees through effective on boarding and placement of new joinees. Performance Management -Implementing complete life cycle of performance management for all level of employees. Discriminate amongst performance types and provide MIS for decision making. Periodic performance reviews and Appraisals for all level of employees. Providing support to the employees for framing the goals as per the organization objectives. Payroll Management Execute and oversee the payroll of around 1000 +employees Framing compensation and benefit structure in line with trends at all levels from Junior to Senior level. Exposure in Formulating & implementing increment, incentive & other remuneration policies. Design and Implement Payroll Management System. Complete exposure to work with ADP, LAMS payroll systems. Strong experience in settlement of Gratuity, PF, Pension, PF Death Claim (EDLI) of Employees. Great Exposure to implement SAP SuccessFactors System for the organization.
