PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER OMAN 15-20 years experience Lead the fabrication team by providing direction, guidance, & motivation to achieve production targets. Manage & develop supervisors, team leaders, & operators to enhance skill levels & performance. Plan & monitor daily & monthly fabrication schedules in line with overall production & dispatch plans. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, & materials within budgeted man-hours. Identify potential shortfalls in workshop capacity & initiate corrective actions. Coordinate with Sales & Procurement for timely availability of materials & smooth workflow. Ensure all fabrication activities are carried out as per approved drawings, process sheets, & quality standards. Develop a Quality team to resolve issues at incoming, in-process, & final inspection stages. Maintain strict adherence to ISO procedures & documentation requirements. Support continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality. Monitor & control overtime & consumable usage within budgeted limits. Implement & monitor safety policies & procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Promote awareness of safety & environmental standards Provide timely production targets & priorities to the team. Encourage creativity & innovation in fabrication techniques to improve efficiency & product design. Preferred candidate profile - To lead, plan, & manage the entire fabrication operations of the drum manufacturing facility - Ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, safety compliance, & achievement of delivery & cost targets. - The Production Manager will drive operational excellence by developing teams, optimizing resources, & continuously improving fabrication processes. - Manage blue collar team of about 100+ workers
