Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager – Manama, Bahrain ???????? ???? A strategic finance leadership role supporting the COO across multi-entity operations ????????????????????????? ? Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities Lead accurate month-end and year-end financial closures Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance variance analysis Ensure adherence to IFRS, VAT, and corporate tax requirements Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital Implement improvements in financial systems and processes Mentor and guide the finance team for continuous development ????????????????????????? ? Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline ACCA / CPA / CMA certification (completed or in progress preferred) 10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in multi-entity setups Strong expertise in IFRS and regional tax frameworks Experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting is a valuable plus ????????????????????????? ????
