Position: Key Account Manager / Business Development Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 01+ years Industry: Personal Care Education: MBA Preferred Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow business relationships with key modern trade accounts. - Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales and market share. - Negotiate annual contracts, trade terms, and promotional activities. - Monitor sales performance, category trends, and competitor activities. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for seamless execution. Requirements: - Proven experience in managing Modern Trade accounts within Personal Care. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. - Based in or open to relocating to Dubai.
