ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Job Description : ACCOUNTS MANAGER NIGERIA 18+ years experience Receivables Management Oversee and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (A/R) process. Ensure timely invoicing to clients as per contracts and sales orders. Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for payments. Prepare ageing analysis reports and monitor overdue accounts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts in the ERP system. 2. Billing & Reconciliation Verify billing data with contracts, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documentation. Reconcile customer accounts periodically and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with project and commercial teams for invoice clarifications. 3. Credit Control & Cash Flow Evaluate customer creditworthiness in coordination with management. Implement credit control policies to minimize bad debts. Monitor cash inflows and forecast receivable positions for cash flow planning.
