Job Description : Chief People Officer / HR Director – DUBAI UAE Package: Up to AED 100K/month + benefits We are partnering with a leading Professional Services Firm in Dubai to appoint a Chief People Officer / HR Director. This is a senior leadership role requiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial HR leader to: 1. Build and deliver a forward-looking people strategy. 2. Drive cultural transformation and organisational effectiveness. 3. Strengthen partner engagement, talent development, and retention. 4. Lead a regional HR team and influence at the board level. Ideal profile: Experienced HR leader (professional services/consulting), Middle East expertise, credible with senior stakeholders, able to balance strategy with execution. Location: Dubai (regional remit). Start date: January 2026 preferred.
