Job Description : Technical Director-Brake Fluid &Coolants(Lubricants Division) Location: UAE (or as per company requirement) Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Base ( As agreed in Interview) Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Technical Expertise) Role Overview:- Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Director to lead the product development, quality assurance, and technical excellence of its Brake Fluid and Coolants Division . Role & Responsibilities :- · Lead and oversee all technical, R&D, and production activities related to brake fluids and coolants. · Develop and formulate new products in compliance with international standards (SAE, ASTM, ISO, JIS, etc.). · Review and optimize existing formulations to enhance product performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. · Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. · Supervise laboratory testing, quality control processes, and certification procedures. · Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams for customer inquiries, tenders, and new market developments. · Liaise with raw material suppliers for technical evaluation and sourcing of high-quality additives and base stocks. · Manage a team of chemists, laboratory technicians, and production staff. · Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and material safety data sheets (MSDS). · Stay updated with emerging technologies and global trends in automotive and industrial fluid formulations. Preferred candidate's profile:- · Masters or Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field. · Minimum 10 years of experience in lubricants manufacturing, with at least 5 years focused on brake fluid and coolant formulation & production. · In-depth knowledge of additives, base fluids (glycols, inhibitors, etc.), and product testing standards. · Proven experience in R&D, quality control, and technical leadership within the lubricants or chemical manufacturing sector. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. · Excellent communication and leadership abilities. · Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced industrial environment.
