AED 30K – 35K + Family Benefits + Bonus I’m supporting an international business in the manufacturing & distribution sector with the hire of an Internal Audit Manager for their Dubai office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational audits, understands how a business runs day-to-day, and can work independently while partnering closely with senior leadership across the region. There’s also a clear path to step into a more senior audit role in the future. What You'll Do ? Lead and deliver the annual audit plan ? Conduct operational, financial & compliance audits ? Strengthen internal controls & risk frameworks ? Present audit insights to senior leadership ? Drive action plans and continuous improvement What We're Looking For ???? Degree in Finance/Accounting (CIA/CPA preferred) ???? 10+ years' internal audit experience ???? Strong exposure to manufacturing / distribution ???? Sharp analytical & reporting skills ???? Able to work independently and influence stakeholders
