Job Description : *Head of Sales, Marketing & NPD* For African Location - This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, not just strategy. The candidate will own sales, marketing, distribution, and new product development for both brands. - *Mandatory Experience: 15 years in FMCG/FMHG (herbal, Ayurveda, nutrition, foods, OTC health).* - Must have led GTM and NPD cycles – successfully launched and scaled products/brands. - Balanced mix of execution discipline + strategic vision, with hunger for growth. - Exposure across sales, marketing, distribution, and brand building.
