Job Description : Export Sales Manager (Building Materials) Location: Nigeria Industry: Building Materials (Tiles | Natural Stones | Steel | Paints) Preference: Indian Expatriates We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive business growth and market expansion across West Africa for a leading Building Materials company. The ideal candidate will possess strong market insight, proven export experience, and a solid understanding of the region’s building materials landscape. Key Responsibilities: -Explore and develop new business opportunities across West African markets. -Identify and engage potential customers and distributors to strengthen market presence. -Manage commercial negotiations, pricing, and coordination between in-house teams and clients. -Support in establishing customer-operated depots and drive secondary sales performance. -Conduct market analysis on imports, local production, and macroeconomic conditions. -Submit weekly journey plans and sales reports to management. -Represent the company at key trade fairs and industry exhibitions. -Collaborate with operations and design teams, providing market feedback on trends and requirements. Requirements: -Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred. -Proven experience in Export Sales within the Building Materials industry (Tiles, Stones, Steel, Paints). -Strong knowledge of the West African market. -Excellent communication, team leadership, and CRM/Excel proficiency. -French language skills will be an added advantage.
