Job Description : SALES AND MARKETING HEAD SRI LANKA 15-20 years experience out of which 5 in a senior role · Assume ultimate responsibility for delivery of profit and volume targets for all individual accounts of total company · Using breakthrough thinking and category, consumer, brand, and customer understanding to create a clear and ambitious growth vision and strategy for the portfolio of business verticals · Responsible for developing the total company sales & marketing plan with budgets, and executing with teams • Specific reporting and analysis of trends to CEO/Directors · Determine and build the channel and range architecture · Inventory ownership assist demand planning to ensure proper inventory and service level planning · Complete rigorous ROI analysis for all customer programs (including media and other brand investments) · Keeping a close eye on our key competitors and scenario planning the strategy to defend our product segments, and drive company growth (these include Media/Promo/In-store/Channel etc.) · Drive digital marketing and sales with a focused strategy · Develop and implement account strategies including promotional and seasonal offerings · Responsible for tracking and maintaining retail matrix · Utilize company sales tools, equipment, and systems to provide best company capabilities and customer insights · Anticipate and plan for industry changes · Ensure all relevant tools are in place to support attainment of goals and objectives · Maintain high levels of employee engagement and a culture that encompasses company values Industry TypeChemicals, PetroChemical, Plastic, Rubber
