Job Description : Business Unit Manager – Marine Division | Offshore & Marine Services | Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 55,000 per month Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE A leading Offshore & Marine organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to oversee operations, strategy, and business growth across its marine and offshore services portfolio. This leadership position involves driving performance, managing P&L, and ensuring operational excellence in line with corporate goals and long-term strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning and organizational development for the Marine Business Unit. Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and business expansion. Build and manage a high-performing team across business development and operations. Review and approve bids, contracts, and major commercial activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and drive continuous improvement. Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and performance excellence across all functions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role within the Oil & Gas or Marine sectors in the UAE. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and commercial management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred); Primavera P6 knowledge is an advantage. Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
