This is a group-level CFO mandate for a diversified business with mining and automotive as its flagship vertical. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, capital planning, and operational transformation. The business is growing across sectors, and the finance engine needs to match that ambition. Your Role Lead the financial strategy across multiple business units, driving profitability, transparency, and resilience Partner with the CEO and business heads to shape long-term investment, expansion, and governance plans Strengthen group-level planning, budgeting, working capital, and treasury management Fix the basics where needed but also elevate finance into a true business partner role Modernize systems, build dashboards that matter, and upskill the team for sharper decision support Act as a board advisor on all matters related to cash, capital, and compliance What You Bring 25 plus years of finance leadership with deep exposure to group-level or multi-entity businesses Automotive experience is a strong advantage, especially in GCC markets Commercial depth across pricing, dealer margin, working capital, and fleet financing Strong treasury experience including banking relationships, FX, and funding strategy Has led ERP transitions or financial systems revamps and knows how to drive adoption Boardroom presence and the ability to speak the language of growth and control in the same sentence This is not a controller's chair.
