Job Description : Head of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: UAE Preferred Nationality: Jordanian / European About the Company A dynamic and fast-growing diversified group based in UAE, currently achieving USD 200 million in annual turnover, is embarking on an ambitious journey to scale to USD 500 million within the next 3–5 years. We are seeking an exceptional CFO to lead this financial transformation and growth trajectory. The Opportunity As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner directly with the GCEO and Board to shape the company’s financial future. This role is ideal for a commercially astute leader who blends strategic vision with operational excellence and thrives in a growth-focused environment. What You’ll Do: - Develop and execute financial strategies to drive growth from USD 200M to USD 500M - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management across multiple entities - Oversee M&A, fundraising, and investment evaluations - Strengthen governance, internal controls, and financial compliance (IFRS, UAE regulations) - Drive digital transformation in finance, including automation and ERP optimization - Mentor and build a high-performing finance team - Collaborate with banks, auditors, and key stakeholders to enhance financial efficiency What You’ll Bring: - 15–20 years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in a CFO or Head of Finance role - Strong background in diversified or investment groups - Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA,CMA) – required - Proven track record in M&A, strategic planning, and financial transformation - Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Regional GCC experience preferred
