What you'll do: As a Marketing Manager, you will be entrusted with driving the strategic direction of the organisation’s marketing efforts. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programmes by analysing their impact on lead flow, customer lifetime value, and retention rates. Propose and oversee marketing research projects aimed at generating actionable consumer insights to inform improved strategies and communications. Partner closely with creative teams, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns from inception to completion. Shape the workforce within your section by identifying required capabilities, managing manpower planning, and fostering employee engagement through ongoing feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures while preparing detailed reports as required by internal or external stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities are vital for building long-term relationships internally and externally. Outstanding organisational skills combined with proven leadership qualities enable effective multitasking across multiple priorities.
