Location: Muscat, Oman Nada Happiness Trading LLC, a leading FMCG company in Oman, is looking for an experienced Manager – Warehouse & Logistics to lead operations, streamline supply chain processes, and ensure compliance with Omani logistics regulations. ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and customs clearance ? Manage warehouse operations – receiving, storage, and dispatch ? Implement inventory controls to reduce shrinkage and discrepancies ? Lead, train, and motivate warehouse/logistics teams ? Ensure safety, hygiene, and ISO compliance ? Optimize operational efficiency through ERP/WMS systems ???? Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field • 10+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics management (FMCG preferred) • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
