20 yearsJob Description : GROUP CHRO We are seeking an accomplished Group CHRO to lead the people and culture transformation for a diversified multinational group. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic and operational HR leadership, with experience driving organizational development, digital transformation, and performance management across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute group-wide HR strategy and governance. Implement HR systems, performance management, and digital HR tools. Build leadership development, succession, and engagement frameworks. Design competitive compensation, benefits, and compliance programs. Foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, and performance. Requirements: Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. 15+ years of HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at a group or corporate level. Proven record in HR transformation, PMS implementation, and multi-country operations. Exposure to emerging markets (Africa, Asia, or GCC) preferred. Experience in family-owned or founder-led enterprises is an advantage. Salary: Competitive package with performance-based incentives.
