Supervise all key departments (sales, operations, finance, marketing, HR, supply chain, IT) ensuring their consistency and performance. Develop and monitor the annual budget, ensuring cost control, margin optimization, and the achievement of financial objectives. Implement an effective distribution and merchandising policy that promotes customer proximity and the profitability of points of sale. Leading digital transformation and commercial innovation within the subsidiary to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Identify and develop new growth levers (new product ranges, strategic partnerships). Uniting and mobilizing teams around a culture of performance, customer service and operational excellence. Ensuring smooth communication and regular reporting to the group, contributing to strategic decision-making. Represent the subsidiary to external and institutional partners, consolidating its image as a major player in national retail. The Successful Applicant Higher education (engineering school, business school or equivalent). 18 years of experience in managing retail, distribution or FMCG activities, including significant experience in general management or operational management. Solid expertise in strategic management, business development, multi-site management and change management. Strong leadership, results orientation and a strong ability to unite teams. Analytical mind, rigorous management skills and a practical approach.
