Job Description : Finance Head* EAST AFRICA - Financial planning and strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support company goals and ensure long-term sustainability. - Financial reporting and analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Analyze financial data to provide insights to senior management and guide decision-making. - Budget and cash flow management: Manage the annual budget, monitor revenue and expenditure trends, and oversee cash flow and investment activities. - Regulatory compliance: Ensure the company complies with all financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including tax planning and audits. - Team leadership: Lead and direct the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
