QA QC Project Manager

Job Description : QA/QC PROJECT MANAGER QATAR Be a member of quality engineering specialists, subject matter experts, inspectors and qualified agents responsible for all aspects of quality for offshore and Onshore Company projects including gas wells and onshore injection wells. Responsible for the integrity and fit for service of all goods and services to ensure cost effective, continuous and safe operations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited and recognised university. 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry, of which 10 years in supervisory positions. Certification of ASNT and ASQ is a must . American Welding Society AWS Certified Welding Inspector, Certificate. ASNT Level III (MT, PT, UT, RT, NRT) (At least for 10 years) Certified Quality Engineer from a recognized Quality organization (e.g. American Society for Quality etc.) Certified Lead Auditor, (IRCA and ASQ). Quality Management System training. Quality System Documentation fromal training and experience. Material and Failure analysis fromal training and experience. Certification in Quality Improvement Processes (6 Sigma black belt, Lean, etc.) Formal training and experience , in using quality statistical tools (e.g. Control charts, fishbone diagrams, FMEA, Histogram and other frequency distributions, Pareto charts, regression analysis, etc.) Capable of reading, interpreting and understanding the applicable industry standards (e.g. API, NACE, ASTM, ASME etc.) Capable of evaluating and assessing relative product manufacturing data book records e.g. Bill of Materials, Engineering Drawings, MTR’s (Material Test Report), WPS (Weld Procedure Specification), WPQR (Weld Procedure Qualification Record), Coating & Paint Systems, Non-Destructive Examination, Hardness data, heat treatment etc. Excellent written and spoken English Strong leadership skills Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills Strong communication skills Advanced computer literacy Formal courses and certification in ISO9001/API Q1/AQPI Q2 Quality Management Systems, Quality System Documentation and Continual Improvement Processes.
