Job Description : -Senior Manager/Director of Finance A leading and well known hospitality group in Bangkok is hiring for the role of Director of Finance to drive financial performance, ensure operational excellence, and support the vision of delivering world-class guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across all departments. -Provide strategic insights to optimize revenue and cost efficiency. -Partner with operational leaders to ensure sustainable growth and compliance. -Contribute to our company’s mission of excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements: -Total experience of 15 to 20 years in financial leadership within the hotel industry. -Strong understanding of hotel operations, P&L management and compliance standards. -Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills. -CA is mandatory for this role.
