ENGINEERING HEAD

Job Description : ENGINEERING HEAD INDONESIA The incumbent will be responsible to head Engineering activities of the company, starting from budgeting Engineering requirements, scheduling and executing preventive maintenance within stipulated time and budget. Ensuring all Engineering activities are done as per written procedure of the company. Further controlling the consumable and repair and maintenance cost within budget. Will also be responsible for Execution of projects and improvements in a timely manner within budget. This job includes identifying, initiating and executing the automation project in various stages of operation. Responsibilities A hard core "Mechanical Engineer" with extensive experience in the following areas, 1. Project Management and execution. 2. Maintenance and operation of "Thermic fluid heater" and related heat exchange system. 2. Maintenance and operation of the air compressor. 3. Maintenance and operation of Vapour absorption chiller 4. Maintenance of Automated plant with a continuously moving long chain (1200mts ) passing through various processes 24X7. 5. Maintenance and operation of the water treatment plant and fair knowledge on ESG. 6. Knowledge of electrical installation and plant automation SCADA/DCS. 7. Excellent knowledge of Thermic Fluid heater system B.E.-Mechanical Engg. with minimum 15 to 20 year experience in the process industry in managerial positions in reputed organisations with excellent experience in management of Thermic Fluid equipments
