20 yearsJob Description : Business Head FMCG CARIBBEAN ( REGIONAL EXPOSURE MANDATORY) Reports To: Managing Director Experience: 18+ years in FMCG Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership Role Overview: The Business Head will lead the overall business strategy, operations, and P&L for multi-country FMCG operations. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, manufacturing, and commercial management to drive top-line growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: - Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with corporate goals. - Drive expansion and market penetration across multiple geographies. - Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and performance management processes. 2. P&L and Commercial Management: - Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for assigned markets and business units. - Monitor financial performance and ensure revenue and margin targets are met. - Drive cost optimization and working capital efficiency through strong commercial control. 3. Sales & Distribution Leadership: - Direct B2B, B2C, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Institutional Sales channels. - Define and implement robust Route-to-Market (RTM) and distribution models. - Establish sales policies, incentive frameworks, and performance metrics. 4. Marketing & Brand Management: - Oversee brand portfolio strategy, new product development, and market positioning. - Drive consumer insights, category growth, and promotional strategies. - Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across regions. 5. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Oversight: - Collaborate with manufacturing units to ensure capacity planning, quality, and efficiency. - Optimize supply chain and logistics for service excellence and cost competitiveness. - Drive sustainability and compliance initiatives across operations. 6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: - Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across geographies. - Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation. - Liaise with government bodies, distributors, partners, and key customers. Key Requirements: Education: MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management. Experience: Minimum 18 years in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a leadership/P&L role managing multi-country operations. Strong exposure to Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Manufacturing functions. Proven success in driving growth, launching products, and leading transformation initiatives. Excellent financial acumen, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills. Strong understanding of emerging markets and regional business dynamics
