Job Description : Sr. Manager / Manager – Process Consulting (Energy / Utilities / Manufacturing) Location: Abu Dhabi (Even Indians with relevant experience may Apply) Department: Consulting Compensation: AED 20,000 – 32,000 per month (approx. ?4.5 – ?7.2 Lacs INR/month) Experience: 7 to 12 Years About the Role We are looking for seasoned Process Consulting professionals with a strong background in Energy, Utilities, or Manufacturing domains. Ideal candidates will have Big 4 or reputed consulting firm experience, strong client-handling skills, and expertise in Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards, and project delivery. Key Skills Required Process Consulting | Operational Excellence | Process Optimization Energy & Utilities / Manufacturing Expertise Proposal Preparation | Client Interaction | Quality & Process Improvement ISO Standards | Lean Six Sigma | Project Delivery Communication Skills | (Arabic Preferred) Eligibility 7+ years of relevant consulting experience (preferably GCC market exposure) Proven track record with Big 4 / reputed consulting firms Bilingual (Arabic + English) preferred MBA / Lean Six Sigma / ISO Certification is an added advantage Screening Questions (Mandatory) Years of experience in Process Consulting, Project Delivery, Proposal Preparation?
