Job Description : Processing Plant Manager – Uganda Are you a seasoned manufacturing professional with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership? We’re looking for an experienced Processing Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced manufacturing facility producing high-quality food or FMCG products. Requirements: - Minimum 10 years’ experience in plant or general management within Food Manufacturing or FMCG industries. - Proven on-the-ground experience in Africa is essential. - Strong background in quality control, process improvement, and facility management. - Experience managing and motivating large, diverse teams. - Demonstrated leadership in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environments preferred. - Excellent understanding of production systems, maintenance management, and operational processes. - Sound knowledge of OSHA, HSE, and Food Safety standards.
