Job Description : Chief Operating Officer – Supermarkets (Retail) GCC We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven COO) to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong retail acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results. Key Responsibilities: > Having exposure of handling a sizeable business for number of Supermarkets. > Lead and oversee the end-to-end retail operations, supply chain, and support functions to ensure seamless execution and profitability. > Translate strategic goals into actionable business plans and operational KPIs. > Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and customer experience across stores, depots, and distribution networks. > Plan and execute new store rollouts and expansion initiatives. > Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance across operations. > Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver performance excellence and business continuity. > MBA with 25+ years experience, at least 10 of senior leadership experience in retail or consumer-driven industries. > Proven expertise in P&L management, operations strategy, and business expansion. > Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. > Hands-on experience in multi-location retail operations and team development.
