Position Overview A reputable organization in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Group FP&A Manager to lead group-level financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support. ????????????????????????? ???? Main Duties & Impact Areas • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in collaboration with Operations and Commercial teams • Produce monthly performance packs with clear variance insights for senior leadership reviews • Deliver strategic financial analytics to influence pricing, product profitability, investments, and key business initiatives • Assess capital investments using ROI, NPV, and payback models to ensure alignment with business strategy • Partner with top leadership on expansion, new ventures, and partnership opportunities • Ensure strong governance, internal controls, compliance, and policy adherence • Support internal and external audit processes with accurate and transparent data ????????????????????????? ? Ideal Profile • 10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, including 2+ years at a managerial level • Strong exposure to manufacturing and distribution environments • Advanced knowledge of Excel, ERP platforms, and BI tools • MBA or professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA) is a plus ?????????????????????????
