Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER NIGERIA 15-20 years experience Our client is looking for a BU Manager based in Africa. Total business is about 500 Million USD and they have processing facilities as well as sales function. They sell Rice, Oil, Wheat flour, sugar etc The BU manager will play a private role by overseeing product design from the product line. Additionally, he will be responsible for achieving product, sales and profit targets, which are crucial for their business growth. Another significant aspect of the role involves organizing and coordinating role, material procurement plans, production, plans, and shipping plans to ensure smooth operations. The BU manager will follow up on production related quality issues, ensuring that their products maintain the highest standards. He will also handle other coordination tasks related to the product lines in consumer packs.
