Job Description : Production Manager (Plastics Manufacturing) ???????? Position: Production Manager – Plastics Manufacturing Location: Oman Industry: Plastics (Cable Tiles, Route Markers, Plastic Bags) Reporting to: General Manager / Managing Director Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to manage and control all factory operations for a leading plastics manufacturing company in Oman. The role involves achieving production targets in quality, quantity, and cost efficiency, ensuring smooth workflow, manpower and machinery optimization, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules. ? Supervise production teams and ensure optimal machine utilization. ? Maintain product quality and minimize wastage. ? Monitor raw material usage and control production costs. ? Implement safety and housekeeping standards. ? Drive continuous improvement and process optimization. ? Prepare regular production performance reports. Qualifications & Experience: ???? Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering. ???? 10 years’ experience in plastics manufacturing (extrusion, injection molding, or film). ????????? Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. ???? Strong knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes. ???? ERP & MS Office proficiency. ????? English fluency (Arabic preferred). ???? GCC Driving License preferred.
