Key Responsibilities 1.Lead overall business operations and growth initiatives for the Kenya division. 2.Develop and implement business strategies aligned with corporate objectives. 3.Oversee brand marketing, product management, and sales to achieve revenue and profitability goals. 4.Analyze market trends, competitor activity and business performance to identify new opportunities. 5.Build 1) and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. 6.Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing team to ensure productivity and engagement. 7.Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, ethical marketing practices and corporate governance standards. 8.Participate in tender business processes and ensure related compliance. 9.Facilitate coordination and collaboration within the organization.
