Job Description : Manager – Aluminium Division (Bahrain) Almoayyed Contracting Group is seeking a dynamic, seasoned leader to head our Aluminium Division. You’ll own estimation, sales, project execution, factory operations, and full P&L—driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the division. What you’ll lead : Aluminium fabrication, installation, and project delivery,Estimation, tendering, and sales to ensure accurate pricing & profitability Factory operations: production planning, manpower deployment, resource optimization & quality, Budget control and divisional financial performance Client/consultant/vendor relationships and new business development Coaching and developing engineering & production teams for continuous improvement What you’ll bring: 1. Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/related) 2. 15+ years in Aluminium & Glazing projects, including 10+ years in the GCC 3. Proven track record in estimation, execution, and P&L management 4. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills 5.
