The Head of Finance will be responsible for all financial operations in Malawi, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance. The role requires a seasoned finance leader with deep market insight and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting Manage liquidity, risk, and external financing Oversee audits and ensure governance standards Ensure compliance with Central Bank and tax regulations Collaborate with business units for financial decision-making Build and mentor a strong finance team Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA / ACCA / ACA qualification 15+ years of experience, including 8+ in telecom, fintech, or large corporates Experience in African or emerging markets Strong leadership and strategic finance capabilities
