Job Description : Factory Manager (Pesticide Manufacturing | Moshi, Tanzania) ???? We’re on the lookout for a highly experienced Factory Manager to lead a full-scale pesticide manufacturing facility in beautiful Moshi, Tanzania. Your Day-to-Day: ???? Oversee all factory operations for pesticide and chemical formulations (COC, HCL, insecticides, fungicides) ???? Ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets top-quality standards ???? Handle material planning, inventory, and team management ???? Promote strong HR practices and a safe, productive work environment ???? Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and productivity What You’ll Need: ???? Degree in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. Chemistry (MBA preferred) ???? 10–15 years of experience in pesticide manufacturing ????????? 5–7 years of proven leadership managing plant operations independently Perks: ????
