Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE UK Role is open to suitably qualified International candidates The company operates within the healthcare industry and is a well-established, multinational, medium-sized organisation. Job Description Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements. Support and mentor the finance team to achieve their professional goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Finance should have: Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Experience in managing teams and stakeholder relationships. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A growth mindset and adaptable approach. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000 per annum.
