Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR LONDON UK Role is open to International candidates established Manufacturing/Retail SME. Based near Ealing, West London, the business is up YOY and is an established brand. Based in modern offices, the group turnover £40m turnover and are in a period of growth as they transform their offering to the markets they operate in. Job Description Lead the financial strategy and planning for the organisation. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial standards. Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. Manage and develop the accounting and finance team. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Director should have: A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Proven experience in leadership within accounting and finance roles. Experience with either Blue Collar or Consumer/Retail sectors Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A track record of delivering financial strategies that support business objectives. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
